We only collect browsing information when a user is logged onto the FoxiFly network through their toolbar. When a user is logged off in their toolbar, no information is collected at anytime.

We will not save any URLs that are not a standard http connection. Any URLs such using a secured connection such as 'https' or any FTP connections will not be saved and is instantly discarded.

We will not save any URLs that require a username or password to access eg. http://username:password@http://www.website.com

We will not save any URLs that contain an extension that may contain harmful files such as trojan,scr,vbs,pif,hta,reg,bat,exe,cmd.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
